Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to access another business's data, or probe, scan or test our security controls without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, resell or copy the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to upload.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in US dollars at the price shown when you subscribe. Trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into LedgerLink. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that data so we can provide the service. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We work to keep LedgerLink available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are permitted to.
